C&M Consulting Services was established in 2002 as a Colorado Partnership for the purpose of providing small to medium sized businesses and individuals with security consulting and coaching services. We realized that the majority of these types of clients were hard pressed to pay the high costs of hiring a security consultant to assess their security needs. To this end, we have formulated a plan to assist these clients with a reasonable cost per service avenue for them to keep their business, personal lives and families safe in today’s dangerous world. Security consulting and coaching services are primarily used to assess security measures in place, assess the needs of future security requirements, advise, educate/inform about resources and help to reduce the security liabilities of our clients to keep them safe and out of possible lawsuits.  

Our experience comes from the 30 plus years of actual hands-on practical work in the fields of Military Combat Service, High Risk Security, Security & Terrorism Training, Law Enforcement, Fire Service, Counter-Terrorism and Executive Protection. Principals, Gary L. Cunningham and Michael A. Malone have assisted numerous clients in both the US and Central America with security services, training programs, instructor services, consulting and coaching services to include Police Agency’s, Non-Profit Groups, Businesses and Individuals.

Coach/Consultant Gary L. Cunningham has over 30 years experience in Law Enforcement, Fire Service, Military Operations, High Risk Security, Training in Security, Executive Protection Operations/Training and Terrorism issues. Working in the U.S. and Central America , he has consulted on training, physical security and counter-terrorism for businesses, police and non-profit groups. He is a Certified Protection Officer and Certified in Homeland Security - CHS-III.

He has worked every facet of security to include: patrol officer, instructor, supervisor and manager. He has consulted on numerous projects with his partner on various security related incidents.
