Stalking Investigations: This is a serious crime and can be a life threatening experience; these investigations need a specially trained and experienced investigator to handle. Most times Law Enforcement will be unable to do much to help out the victims; the investigator can help with the needed surveillance, documentation and identity of the suspect to get Law Enforcement the evidence it needs to prosecute the responsible person(s). Parental Kidnapping Assessments/Investigations

Parental Kidnapping is a growing problem in the U.S. An estimated 355,000 children are abducted from their homes each year, according to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). These children can go days, weeks, months or even years with no contact from anyone except their abductor. Many of these children are not taken by strangers: They are abducted by their own parents. C&M Consulting Services has a parental kidnapping assessment program to help prevent these types of situations from occurring here in Colorado. These situations can and do occur anytime there is a divorce, custody, modification of custody or any other type of hearing involving children.

	We provide process service in Gilpin and Clear Creek counties for a flat rate of $25.00 per completed service. Areas outside these areas are the same price but have a 55 cent per mile additional charge.
