Security Coaching Services

Security coaching is a system of specific conversations directed by a highly trained professional, security coaching is not therapy! In most cases, security coaching is tax deductible as a business expense, contact your tax advisor for specific details. Security coaching is a personal one-on-one session with individuals, families, CEO's and business owners to assist you in understanding what it is you have to protect and how exactly to protect it. Security coaching is for the small business owner or individual who is challenged by either not knowing what security measures are needed or how to achieve such measures. Personal or business coaching sessions are typically offered by phone with sessions scheduled at the client's convenience.

Security Coaching is one of today's newest business-to-business services. It takes the client through the process of securing their business in physical security areas. The challenge in business security is to identify all of the risks. Business security is extremely important in this new era of increasing crime and is considered a valued investment. It is a means to reduce the costs often found when hiring a consultant. Consultants are often hired to do security assessments; however, coaching is not  meant to replace this valuable resource, just enhance it. That's why security coaching is so important; it allows you to know what your choices are ahead of time.

An investment in security coaching is an investment in yourself, your success and your future. There are many ways to reduce your security liabilities; a security coach can help you find the best way for your particular situation, not all security measures fit all businesses. Security is not a one size fits all approach. The first step in business security is to understand what you have to protect and how those assets can be compromised.

Security Coaching uses the process of identifying and discussing the pros and cons of each variable of security measure to assist the client in making the right decision. We take into account, the cost, usefulness, implementation problems and legal issues of each measure looked at. This assists the client in getting the required information to make a decision while keeping the possibility of lawsuits being filed to a minimum. The main idea is to reduce the security liabilities of the client and protect the client’s assets.
